Refund policy
Aspire Pottery has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact me right away at hello@aspirepottery.ca if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives broken, please include clear photos of both the item and the packaging when you contact me, ideally within the 7 days. These help me sort out your refund and file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Only items purchased directly from my online shop at https://aspirepottery.ca/ are eligible for return. Items purchased from partnered shops or distributors fall under the return policies of the store where they were bought.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging if it was mailed to you. Items that arrive in good condition are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where the wrong item was sent.
If you were sent the wrong item, please contact me at hello@aspirepottery.ca. I will provide instructions on the next steps. Any items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For items damaged in transit, I usually just need your photos, so please don't ship a broken piece back to me unless I ask you to.
If a return or refund is approved, I'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your return and you still haven't received it, please contact me again at hello@aspirepottery.ca.
